As furniture is unloaded at our facility, overhead imaging systems capture each item. Our AI-powered platform instantly analyzes the data to identify materials, estimate weight, and determine the most sustainable processing path.

Step 1: Capture

High-resolution overhead cameras photograph each item as it enters the facility.

Step 2: Identify

AI models classify the item (desk, chair, panel system, etc.) and estimate its material composition.

Step 3: Quantify

The system calculates approximate weight and material breakdown (wood, metal, plastic, textiles).

Step 4: Measure Impact

Carbon savings, landfill diversion, and recovery metrics are calculated in real time.
